As we look back on 2025, one thing is clear. Our success is tied to our ability to deliver measurable impact to our clients and partners. Over the past year, we’ve continued to translate innovation into tangible outcomes for broadband network operators, helping them move faster, build smarter, and compete more effectively in an increasingly complex market.
We expect that momentum to continue into 2026, as we work with service providers and their construction partners to turn data into dollars. We announced a number of enhancements to Broadband IQ™ in the second half – including features and functionality targeted to construction partners and enterprise sales teams. These enhancements delivered immediate, real-world value for leading broadband providers. Without changing their market strategy, one regional cable operator reduced time to revenue by six months, identified more profitable markets, cutting the projected average cost to build in their 2026 plan from $3,000 per location to $1,500, dramatically improving capital efficiency. These results underscore what Broadband IQ is built to do: remove friction between planning, construction, and monetization, so operators can do more with every dollar invested.
The impact didn’t stop there. Broadband IQ™ for Enterprise Sales continued to prove its value through customer deployments. Within just three months, one regional provider saw a 20 percent increase in funnel growth, driven by better targeting and qualification of enterprise opportunities. At the same time, sales engineer productivity jumped by 40 percent, allowing teams to focus less on manual analysis and more on winning deals. The result: faster cycles; better alignment between sales and engineering; and stronger outcomes across the board.
2025 also marked the launch of Broadband IQ for Construction, extending our platform deeper into planning the build phase of the network lifecycle. By connecting underground geology intelligence directly to construction planning and design, the module helps operators realize better predictability about the build cost and ROI, manage costs more effectively and reduce rework, and maintain continuity from planning through execution, an increasingly critical advantage as expansion timelines compress and margins tighten.
Our AIM (Address Integrity Mapping) module delivered similarly powerful results. For one provider, AIM identified missing serviceable locations within or near existing network proximity, resulting in a 2.3 percent increase in total addressable market, and consequently their revenue. That kind of lift highlights the value of accurate, AI-driven network intelligence.
Great results for our customers resulted in industry recognition. VCTI received an ISE Award, reinforcing our leadership in applying advanced intelligence to broadband challenges. Behind the scenes, our AI Center of Excellence continued to deliver results at scale, driving operational efficiencies and cost savings across multiple engagements.
In fact, the impact of that work reached a global stage. On the basis of the outstanding cost savings enabled by VCTI’s AI Center of Excellence, a Tier 1 US-based global network technology company awarded VCTI a multi-million-dollar contract, validating not only our technology, but our ability to deliver meaningful outcomes for the largest players in the industry.
That customer-first mindset is also reflected in another major milestone: VCTI has been awarded Preferred Vendor status by a Tier 1 European-based global network technology company. This recognition reflects more than 15 years of optical domain expertise, combined with a relentless focus on partnership, trust, and customer success.
As we move forward, the theme is simple: intelligence that drives action, and action that delivers results. 2025 was a defining year for VCTI. We can’t wait to see what 2026 brings!
